"Spitting Image of Sadie" is a little larger than our other females. With her strong build and excellent structure we felt it would be appropriate to name her after our foundation female "Sadie".

Marzolf X Guilty Pleasure (Skye)
"Marzolf X Guilty Pleasure, call name Skye is a little powerhouse that has more "hunt" in her than any dog I've owned. Her excellent breeding is obvious and her puppies are demonstrating her strength, beauty and intelligence as well.

Sadie
Sadie is extremely full of energy, and will hunt ALL day if asked to do so. She is very loveable and does an great job of finding and retrieving birds. She has alot of nature ability and is fun to watch in the field. Sadie hunts at a medium range, but that is usually never a problem since she does her thing and that is find birds.

Matte
There are not enough words to describe Matte. She was the first dog of ours, and remains our favorite. Matte will go anywhere and do anything to retrieve a pheasant, duck or goose and is persistant. After she gets past the excitement of the first hunt of the year, you will not find a dog that will hunt closer and listen better. Matte has GREAT disposition, muscular and a strong desire to please.

Mya
Mya is a one of a kind dog who is equally at home being a best friend to our grandsons or spending the day in the field in pursuit of grouse or pheasants. Her puppies have been all we could hope for with a willing nature and a love to please their owners.

Sako is a son of Missouri River Kennel’s foundation female “Sadie”. He demonstrates his mother’s natural pointing and retrieving traits. His strength and athletic abilities really shine on those long tough days of pheasant season.

Jett is a litter mate to Izzy and has developed into a good solid pheasant hunter. His style and looks turn heads everywhere he goes. He is equally at home in the water, on the plains of South Dakota hunting pheasants or in the living room relaxing. Jett has sired two awesome litters to date, and we are really impressed with his puppies.
